ARMCHAIR CHALLENGE

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win the Armchair Challenge Contest. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

2. Sponsor

The Armchair Challenge Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by La-Z-Boy of Ottawa ("Sponsor"), located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, in partnership with the Ottawa REDBLACKS football club.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible, participants must:

• Be a legal resident of the Province of Ontario, Canada
• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
• Have a valid email address and Canadian mobile phone number
• Provide a valid date of birth at registration confirming they are 18 years of age or older. Participants who cannot confirm age eligibility will not be permitted to enter. Proof of age may be required prior to prize fulfilment.

The following are NOT eligible to enter:

• Employees, contractors, and officers of La-Z-Boy of Ottawa
• Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of ineligible persons
• Anyone professionally associated with the administration of this Contest

4. Contest Period

The Contest runs for the duration of the 2026 CFL regular season. Entry windows open on a per-game basis:

• Entry window opens: Monday of each Ottawa REDBLACKS home game week
• Entry window closes: At kickoff of the applicable game
• Late entries will not be accepted under any circumstances

The season-long standings period concludes after the final regular-season Ottawa REDBLACKS home game of the 2026 CFL season.

5. How to Enter

To enter a given week's game:

1. Visit the Armchair Challenge contest page at the link provided by La-Z-Boy of Ottawa.
2. Complete the registration form with your first name, email address, date of birth, and mobile phone number (first-time entrants only). You must be 18 years of age or older to register.
3. Make your three picks for the upcoming game (see Section 6) before the entry window closes.
4. Submit your entry. You will receive an SMS and email confirmation.

One (1) entry per person per game. Duplicate entries within the same game week will be disqualified. Entries may be submitted for each eligible home game throughout the season.

By submitting your entry, you consent to receive SMS and email communications from La-Z-Boy of Ottawa regarding the Contest and related promotions in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or clicking unsubscribe in any email.

6. Game Picks

Each weekly entry consists of three (3) picks for the upcoming Ottawa REDBLACKS home game:

Pick 1 — Longest Catch of the Game
Select the range that best describes the longest single reception completed by an Ottawa REDBLACKS receiver during the game:

• Under 15 yards
• 15 to 24 yards
• 25 to 34 yards
• 35 yards or more

Pick 2 — Ottawa REDBLACKS Touchdowns
Select the range that best describes the total number of touchdowns scored by the Ottawa REDBLACKS in the game:

• 0 to 1 touchdowns
• 2 to 3 touchdowns
• 4 to 5 touchdowns
• 6 or more touchdowns

Pick 3 — Ottawa Total Points
Select the range that best describes the total points scored by the Ottawa REDBLACKS in the game:

• 0 to 13 points
• 14 to 24 points
• 25 to 34 points
• 35 points or more

All picks are final once submitted. No changes may be made after the entry window closes.

7. Scoring

Points accumulate across all games entered throughout the season to form the season-long standings.

Official results are determined using the CFL official box score published on CFL.ca following each game. The official box score result is final and not subject to appeal.

8. Weekly Prize Draw

Each home game week, a weekly prize draw is held among all eligible participants who submitted a valid entry for that game.

The weekly prize is a $250 La-Z-Boy shopping voucher, awarded by random draw from all eligible entries received for that game week. No minimum score is required to be eligible for the weekly draw.

• All eligible entries for the week are entered into a random draw
• One (1) winner is selected at random
• Game picks do NOT affect the weekly draw — every entry has an equal chance of winning

Weekly prize winners are notified by email and SMS within 48–72 hours of the final whistle. Winners must respond to claim their prize within seven (7) calendar days. If a winner fails to respond within the claim window, the prize is forfeited and a new winner may be drawn at the Sponsor's discretion.

9. Season-Long Standings and Grand Prizes

The season-long standings are determined by the cumulative point total earned across all home games entered during the 2026 CFL regular season.

At the conclusion of the final eligible home game, the three (3) participants with the highest cumulative point totals will be awarded the following grand prizes:

Season-long winners will be notified by email and SMS within five (5) business days of the season concluding. Shopping credits will be issued for in-store use at La-Z-Boy of Ottawa locations.

Participants are not required to enter every game to qualify for the season-long standings. Final standings reflect cumulative points earned from all games entered.

10. Tiebreakers

In the event of a tie at any prize level (weekly or season-long), winners will be determined by a random draw among all tied participants. The draw will be conducted by the Sponsor and is final.

11. Prizes — General Conditions

• Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions, transfers, or cash equivalents are permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
• Shopping credits are redeemable for in-store purchases at La-Z-Boy of Ottawa only. Shopping credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or costs associated with prize acceptance not explicitly described herein.
• Prizes unclaimed within the stated claim window are forfeited.

12. General Conditions

• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time due to technical issues, fraud, or other causes beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who (a) provides false information, (b) uses automated or fraudulent entry methods, or (c) acts in a manner the Sponsor determines to be disruptive or unfair to other participants.
• All decisions of the Sponsor regarding the Contest, including eligibility, pick results, scoring, and prize awards, are final and binding.
• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Ottawa REDBLACKS, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of a prize.
• This Contest is subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws and regulations.
• The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

13. Skill Testing Question

In order to comply with applicable Canadian law, all prize winners must correctly answer a time-limited, unaided mathematical skill-testing question before a prize will be awarded. The skill-testing question will be administered by the Sponsor at the time of winner notification. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question within the allotted time will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

14. Privacy and Communications

Personal information collected through Contest registration is used solely for:

• Administering the Contest (entries, scoring, winner notification)
• Sending Contest-related communications by SMS and email (weekly picks reminders, results, standings updates)
• Marketing communications from La-Z-Boy of Ottawa, where you have provided express consent

La-Z-Boy of Ottawa does not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required to administer the Contest (e.g., prize fulfilment).

You may withdraw consent from marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or clicking unsubscribe in any email. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your Contest entries already submitted.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

15. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning the weekly prize draw depend on the number of eligible entries received for that game week. Odds of winning a season-long grand prize depend on the total points accumulated relative to all other participants over the course of the season. No purchase improves the odds of winning.
